Delivery
WFTW Snc carries out shipments all over the world, mainly through private couriers chosen from among the best on the market (currently: DHL) as well as through commercial intermediaries (e.g. Amazon - Ebay etc.) with delivery only to the user's home, provided to at the time of purchase, or at another address as long as it is explicitly indicated for each specific order. Shipping costs are charged to the buyer and are explicitly highlighted at the time the order is placed. The wording "Free Shipping", where present, confirms that no additional costs will be charged for shipping the requested products. Delivery is generally made within 2-5 working days in the national territory and 8-10 working days in EU and non-EU foreign countries included in authorized destinations. If the delivery cannot take place for reasons not attributable to the seller, after thirty days from the shipment the carrier will be instructed to abandon / destroy the products, without the right to any refund for the user.
