Withdrawal and returns
In accordance with the legal provisions in force, the non-professional buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase without any penalty and specifying the reason, within the term of 14 days pursuant to art. 57 of Legislative Decree 206/2005 starting from the date of receipt of the products, by email or pec communication to the addresses of WFTW Snc. There is no withdrawal by the professional buyer or in relation to customized products if made after confirmation of the purchase. The seller will make the reimbursement using the same payment method chosen by the buyer during the purchase and will entrust the collection to the chosen courier (currently DHL "express returns" service). It is possible to ask for the return / replacement of the purchased product in case of defects or wrong choice of the item, by email or PEC and within 14 days from the conclusion of the sale. The return must be carefully packaged by the buyer and delivered to the courier sent to the home by WFTW Snc to collect the package (currently DHL "express returns" service).
